Furniture and home electronics are all new and were purchased in April,2019 .
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, in and all that you need for living.

Azabujuban is famous for downtown located in center of Minato-ku, Tokyo near Roppongi from 15 mins walk. Roppongi and Azabu is known as a city that has a lot of foreigners.
Access:
・3mins walk from Azabujuban station(Nanboku Line)
- Roppongi(3mins) - Toei Oedo Line
- Shiodome(8mins) - Toei Oedo Line
- TSUKIJI FISH MARKET(10mins) - Toei Oedo Line
- Shinjuku(11mins) - Toei Oedo Line
- Shibuya(13mins) - Toei Oedo Line+Hanzomon Line
*No pet allowed
*NO SMOKING inside the room and balcony.
*The stay of persons without reservation is not allowed
*Please take off your shoes at the entrance, and use slippers. Entering rooms with shoes in not allowed.
*Please don't forget to switch off the power of air-conditioner and other electricity when you go out.
*Be mindful of the neighbors, not making noise especially after 9:00PM.
*Japan is very strict about recycling trash, please be sure to separate the garbage.
*You cannot smoke in the house and even outside of the house in the neighborhood.
*Bedding such as bedspreds, sheets etc may be different from the picture because of linen change.
